Refund and Cancellation

Cancelling

After the 3-month minimum, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice through our contact page or by messaging us. Service continues through the notice period, and fees through that period remain due. Cancelling early within the minimum term does not remove fees for the remaining minimum months unless we agree in writing.

14-day launch guarantee

If we do not launch your campaigns within 14 days of receiving everything we need from you, month one's monthly fee is waived or refunded. This guarantee covers setup timing only. It is not a guarantee of results.

What is not refundable

• Ad spend paid to Meta. We do not hold or refund it.
• Setup fees once work has begun.
• Monthly fees for periods already delivered.
• Commission on shown appointments recorded in the CRM.

Disputing a shown appointment

If you believe an appointment was marked attended in error, tell us within 7 days of the report or invoice, with details. We will review the CRM record and correct clear mistakes.

Prepay plans

Setup is waived with a 6-month prepay and annual prepay includes 2 free months. If you cancel a prepaid plan early, we will refund the unused prepaid months, less any free months or waived setup fees already received.

Your data

After cancellation we provide an export of your leads and contact data and remove our access to your accounts, as described in our Terms.
